Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of getnovaflow.eu and the services provided by NovaFlow. By contacting us or ordering a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. General
NovaFlow provides AI automation, chatbot development, landing pages, and related digital solutions for businesses. These Terms apply to all site visitors and clients who order our services.
2. Services and pricing model
Development is paid once — this is the cost of building, configuring, testing, and launching the product. The client is not obligated to make monthly payments once development is complete. Technical support, monitoring, and maintenance after launch are a separate, optional monthly service the client may choose to add. The exact cost of development and support is agreed individually before work begins and stated in the proposal or contract.
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed via the contact form, email, or Telegram. After discussing the project scope and price, we send a proposal; work begins once the client confirms it in writing.
4. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are agreed individually based on project scope and stated in the proposal. NovaFlow makes reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by the client's late delivery of required information or materials.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the final product (code, design, content) built within the project transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. NovaFlow retains the right to reuse general-purpose building blocks, libraries, and know-how not specific to a given client in other projects.
6. Liability
NovaFlow strives to deliver quality solutions but does not guarantee complex software will be entirely free of defects. We promptly fix issues identified within the warranty period after launch. NovaFlow is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the delivered solution.
7. Privacy
Personal data collected during our work together is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Ending the engagement
The client may discontinue the engagement at any stage; payment is due in proportion to the work completed. Support subscriptions may be cancelled at any time — there is no minimum commitment period.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and, failing agreement, in accordance with applicable law.
